(ARMS- SOM Previously known (ANPPCANSOM) solely executes MERL assignments and has proven record and experience and is a leading supplier of rigorous monitoring, evaluation, research and learning firm, and closely work with the Government, UN agencies, International Organization, Private institutions, and other donors.
We have particularly extensive experience in delivering large complex multi-sectoral, multi-project program monitoring, evaluation and learning programmers. Our in-house MERL Practice consists of more than 100 trained field monitors and 10 experts including economists, value for money advisors, statisticians, quantitative and qualitative researchers and digital solutions experts. Our in-house digital solutions team enables us to develop and use innovative technology – e.g., portals, dashboards, and infographics to meet our clients’ needs and make data accessible and functional.
Our mobile data collection platform, supports real-time data collection, analysis and decision making. Through a highly collaborative approach, we provide the geographical coverage and significant presence as we had operational offices in all the FMS and Somaliland which make easier to reach a hard to reach area; and technical MERL expertise needed to robustly cover a wide range of international development sectors including education and Health, Women empowerment programs; Governance, Democracy and Peace building, and Livelihoods and other humanitarian emergency or social development programs.
