ABOUT ARMS-SOM
AFRICAN RESEARCH AND MONITORING SOLUTION (ARMS–SOMALIA, is legally registered in Somalia as Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Company. The ARMS-SOMALIA was formerly a research and monitoring section of ANPPCAN-SOMALIA, that implemented a large number of research projects including surveys, evaluation and third party monitoring (TPM) actions for different governmental agencies and non-governmental organizations between 2010 and 2022.
Due to increased demand from partners and clients for dedicates MEAL services, the ANNPCAN-SOM board of trustees decided to review its program thematic areas and recognized the need to have the research, monitoring and evaluation department of the institution as an independent body, hence the birth of AFRICAN RESEARCH AND MONITORING SOLUTION IN SOMALIA(ARMS–SOM). In reference with executive order letter from the Board of directors- dated on 15/04/2023, affective from June 30th 2023, AFRICAN RESEARCH AND MONITORING SOLUTION IN SOMALIA (ARMS–SOM) to provide reliable data source for government, UN agencies, International Organization, Private institutions, and other donors.

To be the leading consultancy and research company in Somalia and the Horn of Africa Region;
MISSION
Advance the state of consultancy and research and contribute the generation of up-to-date information including GIS for all sectors and sub-sectors in the region;

Provide a wide range of consultancy services on social and economic sectors as well as generate up-to-date, timely and valuable data and information to the public and private institutions, bilateral and multilateral institutions and non-governmental organizations in Somalia;
